I’m Debjani Bagchi — a Certified Neuro Coach and NLP Practitioner. Through my own journey and years of inner work, I discovered that real change doesn’t come from suppressing emotions or “thinking positive.” It comes from understanding the deeper patterns driving your reactions, overthinking, and self-doubt.

Today, I help working women in midlife build emotional resilience, respond with calm instead of overwhelm, and reconnect with the version of themselves they’ve slowly lost beneath stress, pressure, and constant emotional responsibility.
